Self-Cleaning PU Foam Gun NO-CLEAN T00222 TVARDY
An applicator gun for polyurethane foam with a self-cleaning function. The design eliminates the need to clean the gun after every use, which shortens downtime and reduces consumption of cleaning agents.
Technical features
Nickel-plated adapter
Made from aluminium alloy with an electroplated nickel coating. It protects the thread against corrosion and mechanical damage when foam cans are fitted repeatedly. It extends the service life of the gun's most heavily used component.
Stainless steel valve and needle
The dispensing mechanism is made from corrosion-resistant steel. It keeps the system leak-tight and allows precise adjustment of the foam flow. Stainless steel does not react chemically with polyurethane, which guarantees consistent dispensing parameters.
Aluminium alloy body
The lightweight construction places little strain on the hand during prolonged use. Aluminium alloy combines mechanical strength with low weight, which reduces operator fatigue when applying foam over large areas.
Ergonomic rubberised handle
A contoured handle with a non-slip rubber coating. Its shape follows the anatomy of the hand and reduces pressure on the contact points. The rubber absorbs vibration and prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand.

Use and maintenance
Self-cleaning function
The NO-CLEAN mechanism minimises contact between the foam and the gun's internal components. Once work is finished, immediate cleaning with solvent is not required. Simply leave the foam can attached to the gun – the valve remains protected against residue curing inside it.
Fitting the can
Before fitting the can, shake it for 20-30 seconds to mix the components. Screw the can onto the gun's adapter upside down, with its base pointing upwards. Tighten the thread by hand without using tools – excessive force may damage the seals.
Flow adjustment
The adjusting screw at the back of the gun controls the travel of the valve needle. Turning it clockwise reduces the amount of foam dispensed; turning it anticlockwise increases it. Before starting work, it is advisable to carry out a test on scrap material to set the optimum flow.
