I General Assumptions

User submits personal information to the Administrator when signing up for a newsletter, placing an order or making an inquiry via a contact form. It is the Administrator's responsibility to ensure the security and confidentiality of this data, while ensuring that it is not made available to other entities without the user's express consent. 

The site uses cookies from Google for analytical and statistical purposes (via Google Analytics). These files collect information such as the sub-pages a user has viewed, the time a user has spent on the site or the transitions between different sub-pages. 

Administrator uses remarketing tools, such as Facebook Pixel, for marketing purposes  This involves the use of Facebook cookies.

Administrator displays videos from YouTube on the site. Viewing these videos involves accepting Google's cookies for the YouTube service. 

Administrator allows you to use social features such as sharing content on social networks and subscribing to a social profile. The use of these functions involves the use of cookies of social network administrators such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided . It ensures that it has taken all security and personal data protection measures required by data protection laws, including the RODO. Personal data shall be collected with due care and adequately protected against unauthorized access. Personal data is processed only in the territory of the European Union  The Administrator confirms the processing of personal data to the following entities:

2. InPost Sp. z o.o. 28 Wielicka Street, 30-552 Kraków, KRS No.: 0000543759, NIP: 6793108059 - for the purpose of courier service of orders.
3. BaseLinker Sp. z o.o. sp. k., Plac Solny 15, 50-062 Wrocław, NIP: PL 8971873396, KRS: 0000815762 - for the purpose of order management.
4. Bureau of Accounting and Auditing Services Grażyna Łukjanow, Jacka Malczewskiego 120B, 80-112 Gdańsk, NIP: 584-03-52-844 - for the purpose of order management.

Orders. When placing an order, the user must provide his/her personal information necessary to process the order, i.e. name, email address, phone number and address for delivery of the order. In addition, it is possible to provide  additional data, such as information about your business. All this data is modifiable if necessary.

The legal basis for processing personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract.

The data provided in the order form will be recorded in the database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details such as date of order, subject and value of order, selected method of delivery and payment are also recorded. 

Invoices. Issuing an invoice to the user involves the collection and processing to the extent necessary to perform this. The legal basis for processing the user's personal data in this case is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are taken into account in the accounting records, and therefore  user data will naturally be processed as part of these records for the period of time required by law.

Contact Form. When contacting the administrator via the contact form, the user provides his e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message. In addition, it is possible to provide other personal information, such as first name or phone number.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is  the user's consent expressed by checking the appropriate checkbox content next to the form window.

Your personal information submitted as part of your contact via the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of handling  your inquiry. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving. 

Newsletter. Through the site, the user has the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to the company's activities. In order to send the newsletter, the user's personal data in the scope of name and e-mail address are processed. 

The legal basis for processing  personal data in the case of newsletters is  the user's consent expressed by checking the appropriate checkbox content when signing up for the newsletter. Such consent may be withdrawn by the user at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. 

The data is processed for the duration of the newsletter's operation, unless the user opts out of the newsletter, which will delete the data from the database.
