A complete set of 1" drive impact sockets designed for use with pneumatic impact wrenches and ratchets in industrial conditions. Made from chrome vanadium (CrV) steel, they deliver strength under varying loads.
A 1" (25.4 mm) square drive is the standard fitting for high-power pneumatic tools. It provides consistent torque transfer during intensive work with impact wrenches.
This steel alloy, enriched with chrome and vanadium, offers increased hardness and wear resistance. The material retains its mechanical properties even under repeated impact loads.
The bore is machined to the higher accuracy classes specified in the standard, which minimises play when fitted to nuts and bolts. This reduces the risk of damaging fastener edges during use.
Reinforced walls and socket geometry designed for use with pneumatic tools. They absorb impact pulses without deforming, which extends the service life of both the socket and the fastener.

1" sockets are designed for pneumatic impact wrenches rated at 1000 Nm and above. Before buying, check the maximum torque of your tool – impact sockets withstand loads beyond the capacity of standard sockets, but the right set depends on the specification of the wrench you use.
The carry case protects the sockets against mechanical damage and corrosion. After use, wipe the sockets clean of oil and dirt, and before storing them for longer periods apply a rust inhibitor. Moisture and contaminants can cause surface corrosion despite the use of alloy steel.
Check the condition of the socket bore and outer edges regularly. Cracks, chipping or visible deformation mean the socket must be withdrawn from service. Worn sockets can damage fasteners and will not transmit torque as intended.
