A portable photovoltaic module with ETFE lamination, designed to power portable power stations, mobile devices and electronic equipment in the field. The panel uses monocrystalline cells with 23% efficiency and features universal connectors compatible with most portable power systems.
An ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) coating provides better light transmission than traditional glass while being lighter and more resistant to mechanical damage. The material does not yellow under UV radiation and retains its properties at temperatures from -200°C to +150°C.
A solar energy conversion efficiency of 23% means that the panel generates approximately 230W per square metre of surface area under standard test conditions (STC: 1000W/m², 25°C). This value defines the efficiency of converting light into electrical current.
IP67 certification confirms complete protection against dust and the ability to be submerged in water to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes. The panel can operate in the rain, but is not intended for permanent use in water.
The kit includes DC7909 (7.9×5.5mm), DC8020 (8.0×5.5mm), XT60 (60A) and Anderson Powerpole connectors. This removes the need to buy additional adapters when connecting various devices and power stations.

A voltage of 17.1V and a current of 5.85A are the values at the maximum power point (MPP). Most charge controllers automatically adjust the load so that the panel operates at this optimum point. When connecting directly to devices, check their voltage tolerance – typical power stations accept 12-24V.
The 23% figure refers to laboratory conditions. In real-world conditions, efficiency drops to 15-20% due to cell temperature, the angle of incident light and dust. A 100W panel will generate a realistic 70-90W in full sun and 20-40W on a cloudy day.
The panel must be positioned perpendicular to the direction of the incident sunlight – a deviation of 30° reduces power by approximately 15%. Adjustable brackets allow the tilt angle to be changed between 30-60° relative to the ground. Four mounting holes allow it to be hung on hooks or cords in a vertical position.
The ETFE surface should be cleaned with a soft cloth and water, without detergents. Stiff-bristled brushes and pressure washers, which can scratch the coating, should be avoided. After use in damp conditions, the panel should be unfolded and dried before folding, to prevent moisture condensing inside.
During transport, protect the connectors from dirt and mechanical damage. The 2m solar cable should not be coiled into loops with a diameter of less than 10cm, which could damage the internal conductors.
The panel generates voltage as soon as it is exposed to light. Before unfolding, make sure the connectors are not connected to any devices. Short-circuiting the output terminals may damage the cells. If the lamination is mechanically damaged, do not use the panel until it has been repaired or replaced.
