A versatile 10-tonne hydraulic tool kit for workshop tasks requiring the precise application of force. The complete system, comprising a hydraulic pump, a ram and 13 accessories, allows components to be spread, lifted, pulled and straightened.
Kit features
10-tonne hydraulic system
A 10-tonne capacity corresponds to a force of 98 kN, which is sufficient for spreading the bodywork of cars and vans, straightening chassis and pulling bearings up to 150 mm in diameter. A working pressure of 63 MPa (630 bar) ensures stable operation at maximum load.
130 mm ram stroke
The 130 mm piston travel can be extended by using the extension tubes. In the maximum configuration (all extensions connected), the working reach is approximately 600 mm, allowing work in deep structural spaces.
Set of 7 working attachments
The different attachment profiles ensure safe contact with surfaces of varying geometry: flat for flat components, conical for holes, angled for grooves, rubber for painted surfaces and grooved cylindrical for round bars.
Modular extension tube system
Four extension tubes measuring 5", 10", 14" and 19" (127, 254, 356, 483 mm) can be joined using the supplied connectors. This allows the working length to be matched precisely to the requirements of a specific operation without forcing the ram into an unsuitable position.

Use and maintenance
Selecting the right attachments for the job
Before starting work, select the appropriate combination of extension tubes and attachments. The cross attachment is ideal for spreading in enclosed spaces, the conical one for working in holes, and the rubber one protects painted surfaces. Always make sure that the contact surface is stable and will not be damaged under a 10-tonne force.
Working with the hydraulic system
Pumping the lever of the hydraulic pump moves the ram piston. Releasing the release valve retracts the piston. The high-pressure hose is fitted with protective springs to prevent damage to the hose when it is bent. Check the hydraulic oil level and the tightness of the connections regularly – leaks reduce efficiency and can lead to failure.
Working safely
Do not exceed the rated 10-tonne capacity. Always support the components being spread with additional mechanical support – the hydraulic system is not designed to hold a load for prolonged periods. Work on a stable surface and avoid positioning the ram at an angle greater than 15° from vertical.
