Impact socket in chrome vanadium steel with a 1/2" drive and a 12-point profile, designed for use with torque wrenches and pneumatic tools.
A material characterised by increased resistance to abrasion and plastic deformation. The addition of vanadium improves hardness and fatigue strength, which translates into a longer tool life under intensive use.
The design with twelve points of contact ensures better distribution of torque and reduces the risk of damaging the nut edges. It allows work in confined spaces with a 30° rotation of the ratchet.
The hardening and tempering process increases surface hardness while maintaining a flexible core. It prevents the socket from cracking under impact and premature wear of the working profile.
The chrome layer protects against corrosion and makes the size easier to identify on the matt surface. The matt finish reduces glare when working at well-lit workstations.

The socket works with all wrenches, ratchets and accessories fitted with a 1/2" drive. Before use, check that the torque of the tool does not exceed the strength of the socket – particularly when using pneumatic impact wrenches.
Before starting work, check the condition of the working profile – signs of wear can cause it to slip off the nut. During use, the socket should only be used on fasteners of the correct size (27 mm open-ended spanner or M18 nut).
After use, clean the socket of dirt and protect it from moisture. When working in a chemically aggressive environment, periodic lubrication of the surface is recommended. Storage in tool kits or on a magnetic rail prevents mechanical damage.
