A complete 1/2" drive socket set containing 60 pieces made from tool steel. Fitted with the AS-Drive system, which increases torque transfer and protects nuts from damage.
The internal profile design increases the contact surface with the nut by 25% compared with standard sockets. Torque is transferred to the flat faces of the nut rather than the corners, which minimises the risk of rounding them off and allows work on partly damaged fixings.
The 72-tooth mechanism gives a working arc of only 5 degrees. This makes it possible to work in confined spaces where a full turn of the tool is not possible. The three-component handle combines a hard core with a soft, non-slip cover for a secure grip.
All working parts are made from chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened. The process increases surface hardness while retaining a resilient core, which gives resistance to mechanical wear and elasticity that prevents cracking under load.
Drop-forging technology ensures precise dimensions and a uniform material structure with no weak points. Each socket is additionally calibrated, which guarantees the dimensional tolerances needed for a correct fit on nuts in accordance with ISO standards.

The set includes sockets in a range of metric sizes, a 1/2" drive ratchet, extension bars in several lengths, an adapter, a universal joint and a set of bits with a bit holder. The complete contents allow most assembly and disassembly work to be carried out without buying additional items.
1/2 inch drive is the standard for applications that require the transfer of medium and high torque. It is a universal size for most workshop and automotive work, offering a compromise between strength and the ability to work in confined spaces.
1/2" drive sockets work with popular torque wrenches in the 40-200 Nm range, which makes them suitable for tightening car wheels, chassis components and joints that require a specified tightening torque in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Tools made from hardened steel require basic maintenance to retain full functionality. After working in damp conditions, dry the parts and protect them with a thin film of protective oil. The ratchet mechanism requires periodic lubrication with lithium grease.
Sockets should be matched exactly to the size of the nuts. Using a socket of the wrong size will damage both the tool and the fastener. When working with an impact wrench, use only impact sockets with a reinforced construction.
A case or box with moulded recesses keeps everything tidy and provides quick access to the parts you need. Every tool has its own place, which allows you to check that the set is complete as soon as you have finished work.
