A construction of twisted wire strands offers greater flexibility and durability than straight wire. Stainless steel does not rust on contact with water or moisture, which extends the working life of the tool during outdoor work.
M14 thread – the standard for 125mm grinders
The M14 thread is the universal mounting standard used on 125mm angle grinders. Screwing the brush directly onto the spindle removes the need for additional adapters and ensures a secure fit during use.
125mm working diameter
The 125mm diameter matches the most popular size of angle grinder used in the workshop. It provides enough working surface for efficient cleaning while maintaining control of the tool.
Maximum speed 10,000 min⁻¹
This parameter defines the safe rotational speed of the brush. Most 125mm angle grinders run at 11,000–12,000 min⁻¹, so a speed controller should be used or the work should be carried out at a lower load to avoid exceeding the permitted value.

Use and safety
Checking compatibility with the grinder
Before fitting, check that the grinder has an M14 thread on the spindle and that its rotational speed does not exceed 10,000 min⁻¹. With grinders running at higher speeds, a speed controller must be used.
Personal protective equipment
Safety glasses, work gloves and protective clothing must be worn when working with a wire wheel brush. Flying fragments of wire and debris can pose a risk to the eyes and skin. Working in a ventilated room or outdoors is recommended.
Fitting and removal
The brush is screwed directly onto the grinder spindle thread. Disconnect the tool from the power supply before fitting. Tighten by hand or with a spanner, locking the spindle with the grinder's spindle lock button.
