Professional 12-litre stainless steel catering bucket with a measuring scale and reinforced base. Designed for transporting liquids, storing semi-finished products and precisely dosing ingredients in industrial kitchens and food production facilities.
The stainless steel construction provides resistance to corrosion, food acids and detergents. A wall thickness of 0.7 mm delivers mechanical strength while keeping the bucket reasonably light, which makes everyday work in the kitchen easier.
The internal scale allows liquids to be measured accurately without additional measuring tools. A useful feature when preparing stocks, soups or cleaning solutions to recipes that call for specific proportions.
The sturdy reinforcement of the base prevents deformation when a full bucket is placed on hard surfaces. The stable base design reduces the risk of the container tipping over during intensive kitchen work.
The reinforced handle with a fixing ring withstands the load of a full bucket. The ergonomic profile of the grip reduces pressure on the hand when carrying a container filled with liquids weighing more than 12 kg.

Stainless steel requires regular washing with neutral-pH detergents. After contact with acidic products (vinegar, lemon juice), the container should be rinsed with water to prevent the surface from dulling. The bucket can be washed in industrial dishwashers at temperatures up to 85°C.
Before each use, check the condition of the handle and its connections to the bucket body. Damage to the welds or deformation of the base can make the container unstable. If cracks or deep scratches appear, the bucket should be withdrawn from use.
