Use and maintenance
Compressor requirements
The ratchet requires a compressor with an output of at least 113 l/min at a pressure of 0.63 MPa. Before connecting, check that the parameters of the air installation match the requirements of the tool. A filter-regulator with lubricator is recommended in the supply line.
Tool maintenance
Regular lubrication of the pneumatic mechanism with air tool oil extends the service life of the ratchet. Adding 3-5 drops of oil before starting work is recommended. Periodic checking of the socket retainer prevents sockets from working loose during use under load.
Socket compatibility
The 1/4" square drive takes standard impact sockets of the same drive size. The retaining ring keeps the socket in place during use. Do not use chrome sockets intended for manual ratchets – they may be damaged.
