EC554 Table Saw – 1500W, 200mm TCT blade
The EC554 is a 1500W table saw designed for repetitive, straight cutting of wood, wood-based materials and — after changing the blade — metals and plastics. The metal housing and rigid work table provide the stability required in workshop conditions.

1500W motor and 2950 rpm speed
The 1500W output allows smooth cutting of standard boards and wood-based panels without a noticeable drop in speed under load. The 2950 rpm speed delivers a smooth cut finish with the 200mm TCT blade.
505 × 373 mm work table
The table surface provides stable support for the material during cutting. The larger table reduces the risk of the workpiece tilting and improves control of the feed — particularly when cutting narrow boards and short lengths.
200 × 16 × 2.4 mm TCT blade
A tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) blade lasts longer than HSS blades and copes better with harder wood species and wood-based materials. The 200mm diameter gives a maximum cutting depth of 43mm at a right-angle cut.
Chip extraction
The saw is fitted with a port for connecting a workshop vacuum or dust extractor. Effective extraction of sawdust improves visibility of the cut line and reduces the amount of wood dust in the working area.

Blade selection and material range
The supplied TCT blade is intended for cutting wood and wood-based materials. Cutting non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper) or plastics requires changing to a blade dedicated to that material — with the appropriate tooth geometry and tooth count. Before changing the blade, check that its specifications (200mm diameter, 16mm bore) match the saw.
Use and maintenance
The EC554 table saw runs from a standard 230V/50Hz mains socket — it does not require a dedicated electrical circuit. At 11.5 kg, it can be carried and set up by one person on a workbench or a stable surface.
During use, regularly clear accumulated sawdust from around the blade, check the condition of the cutting blade for worn teeth and verify that the blade is securely mounted before each use. Connecting a workshop vacuum to the chip extraction port significantly extends the interval between cleaning and improves working conditions.
