The KD5998 is a 1700W induction heater designed for heating metal fasteners and mechanical components in workshop conditions. The unit generates a magnetic field that heats metal directly — with no open flame — allowing seized and rusted joints to be dismantled without the risk of damaging adjacent plastic or rubber components.
Key features
Flameless induction heating
The magnetic field generated by the coil heats metal components only. The absence of an open flame eliminates the risk of igniting plastic, seals or wiring in the immediate vicinity of the work area — a major advantage when dismantling automotive components.
Set of four interchangeable coils
The set includes two tubular coils (Φ20 mm and Φ30 mm), a 1000 mm flexible coil and a round coil. Each one suits a different application — the tubular coils for bolts and nuts, the flexible coil for irregularly shaped parts, and the round coil for sticker removal and work on soft dents.
LED lighting and overheat indicator
Built-in LED lighting illuminates the work area, so no additional lamp is needed. The overheat indicator light alerts the operator when the unit exceeds its safe operating temperature, protecting the heater from damage.
