A tool for the safe removal of bearings, gears and other components seated on shafts. The two-jaw design with a cast body provides stability and even distribution of force during pulling.

The guide rail system allows the jaw spread to be adjusted smoothly up to 150 mm. The guides prevent the jaws from twisting during use and keep them parallel to the component being pulled, which is essential for even distribution of force.
The two-jaw arrangement provides access to components in confined working spaces. Compared with three-jaw pullers, it requires less clearance around the component being pulled, which is useful when working on parts mounted close to other assemblies.

Before starting removal, check the diameter of the component and make sure it falls within the working range of the tool. Adjust the jaw spread so that the puller jaws can hook onto the edge of the component being removed. The jaws should be positioned parallel and symmetrical to the shaft axis.
Position the forcing screw centrally on the end of the shaft and tighten it gradually, checking the position of the jaws. Apply force evenly to avoid misaligning the component. For components that are firmly seated, apply a penetrating fluid to the joint and wait a few minutes before trying again.
After use, clean the puller of dirt and grease. The thread of the forcing screw and the jaw guides should be lubricated periodically with lithium grease to ensure smooth adjustment. Store the tool in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage.
