A complete set of 220 metal worm drive hose clips covering 22 sizes from 8 mm to 70 mm. The set is rounded off by a steel mounting rack with size markings, which keeps all the clips in one place and allows the correct diameter to be selected quickly during installation or service work.

Worm drive mechanism
The clip is tightened by turning the worm screw, which allows the clamping force to be matched precisely to the diameter of the hose or pipe. The mechanism allows the clip to be fitted and removed repeatedly without losing its clamping properties.

Clip sizes in the set
Each size is represented by 10 pieces. Clips given as a single value (e.g. 8 mm, 9 mm) are intended for hoses of a strictly defined outside diameter, whereas clips given as a range (e.g. 8–12 mm) allow the clip to be adjusted within that range.
How to choose the right clip size
For fixed-diameter clips, measure the outside diameter of the hose or pipe once it is fitted over the spigots — the clip should fit without any slack. For adjustable clips, the clamping range should cover the measured diameter with a margin of a few millimetres, so that the worm screw does not work at the extreme ends of its thread, which reduces the durability of the joint.
