The EC1481 is a single-cylinder oil-lubricated compressor with direct drive, designed to run pneumatic tools in the workshop, garage and on site. The 24 l tank provides stable cyclic operation at working pressures up to 8 bar.
Direct drive removes the belt transmission, which simplifies the design and shortens start-up time. The unit is ready to work sooner than V-belt compressors, and routine maintenance is limited to checking the oil level and air filter.
The compressor oil lubrication system lowers the cylinder's operating temperature and extends the life of the piston seals compared with oil-free pumps. This gives more stable performance over long hours of use and less wear on the working components.
The regulator lets you set the output pressure independently of the tank pressure, matching it to the requirements of a particular tool. Both gauges — tank and working — face upwards, so readings can be taken without bending down during work.
Two transport wheels make it easier to move the 19 kg unit between workstations. A condensate drain valve at the bottom of the tank allows routine draining of condensate after each working session.

Air displacement (206 l/min) is the theoretical volume of air drawn in by the pump. Free air delivery (133 l/min) takes into account losses from compression, leaks and heating of the system — this is the figure that matters when matching the unit to pneumatic tools. Before buying, the air requirements of the tools should be compared with the compressor's free air delivery.
Before first start-up, check the compressor oil level through the sight glass or level plug — running with an insufficient oil level leads to accelerated pump wear. The oil should be changed as recommended by the manufacturer, usually after the first 50 hours of operation and then every 200–300 hours of use.
After each working session, it is advisable to drain condensate through the drain valve at the bottom of the tank. Accumulated condensate speeds up corrosion of the tank's internal walls and reduces the quality of the air supplied. The air filter should be cleaned or replaced regularly — especially in dusty environments.
A noise level of 91 dB requires hearing protection during longer periods of work in enclosed spaces. The unit should be placed on a stable surface with adequate ventilation — the induction motor and pump generate heat during operation.
