GEKO G81098 25L Wet and Dry Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, 1500W
A versatile workshop vacuum cleaner with wet and dry operation, designed for removing building waste, shavings, dust and spilled liquids. The 25-litre stainless steel tank provides long run times without the need to empty it.
Technical features
1500W motor with automatic mode
The 1500W output is enough to extract heavy debris, wet soiling and fine dust effectively. A three-position switch allows continuous or automatic operation — in auto mode the vacuum cleaner starts when the connected power tool is switched on and stops when it is switched off.
Socket for connecting power tools
The integrated socket lets you connect a tool rated up to 2000W (grinder, saw, router). The vacuum cleaner synchronises its operation with the tool, which removes the need to switch it on manually and ensures waste is extracted immediately at the point of cutting or sanding.
25L steel tank with drain plug
A stainless steel container resistant to impact and corrosion. The 25-litre capacity (20L according to some sources) allows longer working periods without breaks for emptying. The drain plug at the bottom of the tank allows collected water to be removed easily without taking off the motor head.
Blower function
Switching to blower mode allows you to blow debris out of hard-to-reach places, clean machinery, dry surfaces or clear leaves from outdoor areas. The air stream is directed through a hose connected to a separate outlet.
Float safety valve
The float mechanism automatically cuts off suction once the maximum water level in the tank is reached. This protects the motor from being flooded and damaged. Overflow is signalled by a clear change in the sound of operation — the unit should then be switched off and the tank emptied.

Use and maintenance
Before wet pick-up, remove the paper bag and make sure the foam filter is fitted — it protects the motor against moisture ingress. In dry mode, a paper bag can be used, which makes it easier to dispose of fine debris afterwards.
The telescopic suction tube lets you adjust the length to suit the job — shortened when cleaning narrow spaces, extended when vacuuming floors. The 35 mm hose diameter is standard for industrial vacuum cleaners and compatible with most workshop accessories.
After wet use, it is advisable to dry the tank and leave the vacuum cleaner with the lid open to prevent mould and unpleasant odours. The foam filter should be rinsed regularly in clean water and dried before refitting.
The swivel castors allow the unit to be manoeuvred freely in confined workshop spaces. The 2.5 m cable length may require an extension lead in larger rooms.
