Three-cylinder oil-lubricated compressor pump designed to charge air receivers with a capacity of 100-200 litres. The unit features cast iron cylinders and a side-mounted air cooler, and is designed for use with medium-capacity receivers in a workshop or production facility.
The three-cylinder configuration delivers higher output while running more smoothly and with less vibration than single- and twin-cylinder pumps. This solution is intended for continuous operation in medium-duty workshop applications.
Cast iron cylinders offer good wear resistance and thermal stability. The side-mounted air cooler increases the heat exchange surface area, which lowers the temperature of the compressed air and extends component life.
The finned pulley serves a dual purpose: it transmits the drive from the motor and also acts as an additional cooling element, increasing air circulation around the compressor unit during operation.
The oil lubrication system provides proper protection for the moving parts against friction and overheating. It requires regular checking of the oil level and oil changes in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

| Recommended motor power | 3 kW |
| Number of cylinders | 3 |
| Lubrication type | Oil |
| Maximum air delivery | 700 l/min |
| Maximum pressure | 8 bar |
| Recommended pump speed | approx. 400 rpm |
| Cylinder material | Cast iron |
| Cooling system | Side-mounted air cooler |

The recommended motor power is 3 kW (4 HP). Use either a three-phase 400V motor or a single-phase 230V motor with suitable starting (starting capacitor). The motor speed should be 1400-1500 rpm, which with the correct belt ratio will give the recommended 400 rpm at the pump.
The pump is designed for receivers with a capacity of 100-200 litres. A smaller receiver will not make full use of the pump's output, while a larger one may result in excessively long charging cycles. The receiver should be fitted with a safety valve set to a maximum of 8 bar.
The pulley ratio should be selected so that with a motor speed of 1400-1500 rpm the pump runs at approx. 400 rpm. A typical ratio is around 1:3.5. Use A or B section V-belts depending on the power rating.
The pump requires regular checking of the oil level before each start-up. The oil should be changed every 500 operating hours or once a year, whichever comes first. Use compressor oil with a viscosity of SAE 30 or SAE 40.
The side-mounted air cooler requires periodic cleaning to remove dust and debris, which can restrict airflow and reduce cooling efficiency. The tension of the drive belt and the condition of the pulley should be checked once a quarter.
Before the first start-up of a new pump, turn the shaft by hand several times to make sure that the moving parts move freely. During the first few hours of operation, it is advisable to monitor the cylinder temperature and the oil level.
