A professional tool designed for the safe removal of rolling bearings from housings, casings and shafts. The three-jaw design ensures the force is distributed evenly during pulling, minimising the risk of damage to components.
Three jaws arranged symmetrically around the centre axis guarantee a secure grip and an even distribution of the pulling force. This eliminates the risk of the bearing tilting during removal, which could damage the mounting bore or the component itself.
This parameter defines the maximum jaw spread of the puller, which corresponds to the diameter of the components that can be removed. The 4" size (approximately 100 mm) allows work on medium-sized bearings, as typically found in industrial machinery and vehicles.
The series designation indicates a reinforced design and the use of higher-strength materials. Tools in the PROFI line are intended for intensive use in workshop conditions.
The adjustable jaw spread and adjustable grip depth allow different types of rolling bearing — ball, roller and tapered roller — to be removed from housings of varying geometry.

Before starting work, set the puller jaws symmetrically in relation to the axis of the component. The centre screw should bear exactly in the centre of the shaft or spindle. Tightening the screw gradually prevents jerking and damage to the bearing seat. For components that are firmly seated, the use of a penetrating fluid is recommended.
After use, clean the puller of dirt and grease. The thread of the centre screw and the contact points of the jaws require periodic lubrication, which ensures smooth operation of the mechanism. Storing the tool in a dry place prevents corrosion of the steel components.
