3" Petrol Water Pump for Clean and Dirty Water – KD771
The KD771 is a petrol water pump with a 3-inch (80 mm) port, driven by a single-cylinder four-stroke engine producing 6.5 HP. The unit is designed for pumping large volumes of clean and dirty water where there is no access to mains power. A flow rate of 1000 l/min allows rapid emptying of tanks, excavations and flooded areas.

Single-cylinder four-stroke engine
The air-cooled engine runs on unleaded petrol and has a low fuel consumption of 1.1 l/h. The 3.6 l tank provides several hours of operation without refuelling. Recoil starting removes the need for an external power source.
Aluminium housing and durable impeller
The aluminium engine housing reduces the weight of the unit while maintaining structural rigidity. The pump impeller is designed for continuous operation and contact with water containing mechanical contaminants, which extends the range of applications to dirty water.
LOW VIBRATION system
The built-in vibration reduction system reduces fatigue of materials and joints during prolonged operation. This translates directly into the service life of seals, hose connections and mounting components, as well as operator comfort on site.
Stepless speed control and fuel valve
The steplessly adjustable throttle lets you match pump output to current requirements, which matters when working with hoses of different lengths or with varying flow demand. The fuel valve allows the petrol supply to be shut off during transport and storage.

IP21 rating – what it means in practice
An IP21 rating means protection against finger contact with live parts and against vertically falling water drops. The unit is not designed for use in rain or for immersion. During operation, avoid direct splashing of the engine and the starting electrical system.

Use and maintenance
Before first start-up, check the engine oil level in the 600 ml reservoir and make sure the fuel tank is filled with unleaded petrol. The four-stroke engine requires regular oil changes in line with the schedule given in the manual — neglecting this accelerates wear on moving parts.
After working with dirty water, flushing the pump system with clean water is recommended, which extends the life of the impeller and seals. During storage, close the fuel valve and store the unit in a dry, shaded place. Use the hose clips and connectors supplied with the kit, matched to the 3" port, when connecting hoses.
