The twisted wire construction provides greater rigidity and more aggressive cleaning than crimped wire brushes. 75 mm diameter

Mounting spindle

Use and safety
Fitting and rotational speed

Personal protective equipment
When working with a wire brush, safety glasses or a face shield, work gloves and long-sleeved clothing must be worn. Working with the brush generates flying particles of metal, wire and removed material. When working in enclosed spaces, a dust mask is recommended.
Checking the condition
Check the condition of the brush before every use. Damaged, bent or excessively worn wire filaments can be a hazard. The brush should be replaced when the filaments are shortened by more than half their original length, or when cracks are visible in the body.
