GEKO G39981 9-Piece TCT Hole Saw Set for Concrete
A complete TCT hole saw set for drilling holes in concrete, brick, tiles and building boards. It contains 5 hole saws from 30 to 100 mm plus 2 x 300 mm arbors with pilot drills, compatible with SDS-Plus and SDS-Max chucks.
Set features
Tungsten carbide cutting rim
The cutting teeth are made from tungsten carbide (TCT), giving long life and effective drilling in hard materials. Tungsten carbide has a hardness close to that of diamond, so concrete can be drilled without the tool wearing quickly.
Universal SDS fitting
The set includes two 300 mm arbors — one with an SDS-Plus shank (10 mm diameter) for standard drills and one with an SDS-Max shank (18 mm diameter) for professional rotary hammers. Each arbor is fitted with a pilot drill that keeps the hole steady as it is started.
Five working diameters
Hole saws of 30, 40, 65, 80 and 100 mm cover the most common installation sizes, from small back boxes (60 mm diameter) to larger service holes. The 75 mm working height allows drilling through standard building walls.
Carry case
All parts of the set are stored in a moulded plastic carry case with shaped recesses. This prevents damage to the cutting edges during transport and keeps the tools organised on site.

Tool compatibility
SDS-Plus arbor (10 mm diameter)
For hammer drills and rotary hammers with an SDS-Plus chuck. This is the standard fitting on power tools up to 1500 W and is used on most drills for both DIY and professional work. Check the chuck type in your drill's manual — if the tool has a hammer function and the distinctive slots in the chuck, it is most likely SDS-Plus.
SDS-Max arbor (18 mm diameter)
Used on heavy rotary hammers above 1500 W, mainly on building sites for drilling into reinforced concrete. The SDS-Max chuck has a larger diameter and deeper slots than SDS-Plus. If you have an industrial-grade rotary hammer, it most likely takes SDS-Max bits.
Use and maintenance
Before you start drilling, make sure the pilot drill is seated correctly in the arbor and projects beyond the cutting rim of the hole saw. Use hammer mode while drilling — without it, drilling concrete will not be effective. Keep steady, moderate pressure on the tool against the material and avoid excessive force, which can damage the cutting edges.
After each use, clean concrete dust from the hole saws with a wire brush or compressed air. Tungsten carbide is corrosion-resistant, but the steel body benefits from a thin coat of machine oil before longer storage. Avoid knocking the hole saws against hard surfaces — damage to even one carbide tip significantly reduces drilling performance.
