A professional tool for spreading mortars, adhesives and concrete screeds. The adjustable working length lets you match the screed to the width of the surface you are working on, so you no longer need to keep several fixed-size tools on site.
The adjustment mechanism lets you set the length of the notched edge smoothly to suit the width of the surface. The adjustment range allows you to work in rooms of different widths without changing tools. Adjustment is by means of a telescopic locking system in the profile.
The overall width of the screed covers the working length plus the handles at both ends. The handles extend beyond the notched section, which gives a stable grip and lets you guide the tool without touching the wet material. The design allows material to be spread across the full width.
The steel profile provides the rigidity needed to spread materials of different consistencies evenly. The corrosion-resistant material extends the tool's service life when working with alkaline materials. The steel notched edge keeps its geometry even under intensive use.
The level integrated into the screed body lets you check the plane continuously while spreading material. The spirit level lets you verify the level without any additional measuring tools. This feature is particularly useful when laying self-levelling compounds and concrete sub-bases.

Before starting work, set the screed's working length to match the width of the surface. Secure the adjustment mechanism by tightening the locking screw. Checking that the spirit level works correctly ensures accurate levelling.
The screed is drawn over the material laid beforehand, resting it on guides or reference points. The notched edge automatically gauges the thickness of the layer. Checking the level regularly with the built-in spirit level ensures a flat surface. On large surfaces, working in sections is recommended.
Remove any material residue from the notched edge immediately after finishing work. Dried mortar should be removed mechanically, taking care not to damage the steel profile. The adjustment mechanism needs periodic cleaning and protection against corrosion. Storing the tool in a dry place extends its service life.
