VOREL 81122 Air Drill

Aluminium and steel construction
The body is made of aluminium with a steel gearbox. The construction provides mechanical durability while keeping the tool's weight low, which matters during prolonged use and in hard-to-reach places.
Low air consumption
Air consumption of 113 l/min allows the tool to be used with a medium-capacity compressor. This parameter is important when choosing a compressor — for continuous operation, the compressor should deliver a minimum of 150-180 l/min of effective output.
Keyed drill chuck

Use and maintenance
Pneumatic system requirements
The tool must be connected to a compressor providing a pressure of 0.62 MPa (6.2 bar) and an output of at least 113 l/min. An air filter and lubricator are recommended in the supply line — a lack of lubrication shortens the life of the gearbox. The hose should have an internal diameter of at least 8 mm to ensure adequate flow.
Maintenance
Regular lubrication of the bearings and gearbox with pneumatic oil extends the life of the tool. Checking the condition of the seals and cleaning the air filters should be carried out in line with how intensively the tool is used. Replacing worn brushes and bearings prevents damage to the gearbox.
