Pneumatic impact wrench with a 1/2-inch drive and a maximum torque of 1000 Nm. A tool designed for professional use in vehicle workshops, tyre fitting centres and industrial plants where a high tightening force is required in a compact size.
Maximum tightening force sufficient for loosening seized wheel nuts on heavy goods vehicles, chassis bolts and fasteners in industrial machinery. A value of 1000 Nm allows work with M20-M24 bolts while maintaining the appropriate tightening torques.
The twin-hammer impact system generates short, high-energy pulses with lower air consumption (120 l/min) compared with single-hammer systems. This design reduces the vibration transmitted to the operator's hand and extends the service life of the mechanism.
The control dial allows the tightening force to be adjusted to the requirements of a specific application. This function prevents thread damage in soft materials and allows initial tightening without the risk of exceeding the permissible torque.
The aluminium alloy housing provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage while keeping the tool lightweight. Aluminium dissipates the heat generated during intensive work, preventing the mechanism from overheating.

The wrench requires a compressor with a minimum output of 120 l/min at a pressure of 6.3 bar. A compressor with an output of at least 150-200 l/min is recommended to ensure continuous operation. The installation should be fitted with an air filter/separator, a pressure regulator with a gauge and a mist lubricator that feeds oil to the air tools.
An air hose with an internal diameter of at least 10 mm (3/8") and a length not exceeding 10 metres should be used to supply the wrench. Longer hoses or a smaller diameter will cause a pressure drop and reduce the power of the tool. Quick-release couplings must have full flow, without any restrictions.
Before starting work, introduce 3-5 drops of pneumatic oil into the air inlet. This should be repeated after every 2-3 hours of intensive work. Regular lubrication prevents corrosion of the impact mechanism and ensures full tool power.
After finishing work, disconnect the wrench from the air supply and remove any accumulated dirt from the housing. Protect the 1/2" output drive from mechanical damage – deformation of the internal square will prevent impact sockets from seating correctly.
Sockets used with an air impact wrench must be of the impact type, marked "impact" or in black. Chrome sockets intended for hand wrenches may crack under impact pulses, creating a hazard for the operator.
