Professional air impact wrench with Twin Hammer mechanism, designed for intensive work in mechanical workshops and car service centres. The 1/2-inch square drive ensures compatibility with a wide range of standard sockets.
This parameter defines the maximum tightening force for bolted joints. A value of 850 Nm allows effective work with wheel bolts on cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. It is sufficient for loosening rusted or overtightened fasteners without the need for extension bars.
The design with two opposing hammers ensures smoother operation with a lower level of vibration compared with single-hammer systems. This arrangement offers greater mechanism durability and a more even distribution of impact forces, which translates into a longer tool service life.
The air flow control system allows the impact force to be matched to the task at hand. Lower settings work well for jobs requiring precision and controlled tightening torque, while higher settings are used for loosening seized bolts. Adjustment is made via a dial on the tool housing.
The body is made from aluminium alloys, which provides corrosion resistance and dissipates the heat generated during operation. This material offers a favourable strength-to-weight ratio, reducing strain on the operator's hands during prolonged use.

Air impact wrenches need to be connected to a compressor with suitable specifications. Typical requirements for tools of this class are a working pressure of 6-6.3 bar and a minimum compressor delivery of 150-200 l/min. Before purchase, check the specifications of your compressor against the tool manufacturer's requirements.
Air tools require regular maintenance to stay in full working order. Before each use, it is advisable to introduce a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet. This prevents corrosion of internal components and ensures proper lubrication of the impact mechanism.
During operation, use an air hose with an internal diameter of at least 10 mm and full-flow quick-release couplings. A hose that is too narrow, or couplings that restrict air flow, will reduce the tool's power. Fitting a filter-regulator with lubricator directly before the tool is recommended.
The 1/2-inch square drive is the industry standard used for impact sockets. Only impact sockets should be used (black, with a thicker wall) – chrome-plated sockets intended for hand tools may crack under impact. The typical socket range for this drive size is 10-32 mm.
