Two-layer thermal construction
The quilted body in 50D Pongee polyester at 155 g/m² forms air-filled insulating chambers that retain body heat. The two-layer structure delivers thermal protection without adding excess weight, which matters in work that demands mobility.
Elasticated softshell panels with TPU lamination
The side and shoulder panels are made from 3-layer softshell (96% polyester, 4% elastane) at 320 g/m² with TPU lamination and fleece backing. The elastane allows the fabric to stretch, the TPU lamination provides wind and light moisture resistance, and the fleece adds insulation.
Reflective elements on the shoulders
Four reflective lines on the shoulders improve visibility in low-light conditions or when working near road traffic. The reflective elements act as passive protection by signalling the wearer's presence.
Pocket and fastening system
Three outer pockets, two of them zipped, allow small tools and documents to be stored safely. The laser-cut chest flap gives a neat appearance and provides access to the contents. A hanging loop makes storage easier.

Materials and their properties
Pongee polyester 50D is a smooth, lightweight fabric with a two-layer structure that provides thermal insulation through quilting. A weight of 155 g/m² means a moderate thickness, sufficient to retain heat without excessive stiffness.
3-layer softshell combines an outer polyester layer, a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) membrane and an inner fleece layer. The TPU lamination provides water resistance of around 5000-8000 mm water column, which is enough to protect against light rain and wind. The 4% elastane content allows the fabric to stretch by 10-15%, which matters when bending down and raising the arms.
How to check for the right size
Size S corresponds to a chest measurement of 88-92 cm. The bodywarmer should be worn over the outer layer of work clothing, with 5-8 cm of allowance for freedom of movement. When choosing a size, take into account the thickness of the clothing worn underneath.
Use and care
The bodywarmer should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, without bleach. Softshell materials do not need ironing. After washing, dry it hanging up and avoid direct sunlight, which can weaken the properties of the TPU lamination.
The reflective elements retain their properties for around 50 wash cycles, provided the manufacturer's instructions are followed. Do not use fabric softeners, which can reduce the breathability of the fabric.
Zips need periodic cleaning to remove dust and dirt. If a zip jams, silicone or graphite lubricant can be used.
