Manual rotary pump for transferring engine, gear and hydraulic oil. The aluminium construction keeps the weight low while maintaining resistance to corrosion in contact with operating fluids.
A flow rate of 20 l/min allows a standard quantity of engine oil (4-6 litres) to be transferred in under 30 seconds. This figure determines the actual working speed during a full crank rotation cycle.
Aluminium combines low weight with chemical resistance to mineral and synthetic oils. This material does not rust in contact with fluids that contain water and does not react with the performance additives used in engine oils.
Rotary displacement provides a continuous, even flow without the pulsation typical of piston pumps. The design removes the need for non-return valves, which simplifies maintenance.
Independence from a mains power supply allows the pump to be used in any conditions. Manual operation gives full control over the flow rate, which prevents fluid spillage when containers are overfilled.

Before first use, flush the pump with the same type of oil that will be transferred. This removes manufacturing contaminants and ensures correct lubrication of the rotary mechanism.
The pump should be mounted securely on the edge of the oil container. The suction tube should be immersed to a depth of at least 5 cm from the bottom to avoid drawing up sediment. Direct the pump outlet straight into the receiving container.
Crank turns should be steady, at 40-60 revolutions per minute. Pumping too quickly can aerate the oil and reduce the flow rate. After use, it is worth pumping a small amount of oil in the reverse direction to clean the internal channels.
Store the pump upright in a dry room. Residual oil in the rotary mechanism provides natural protection against corrosion. Do not wash the pump with solvents, which can damage the seals.
