GEKO G03345 Analogue Plug-in Timer
A mechanical timer designed for the automatic control of electrical appliances on a 24-hour cycle. This plug-and-play device is fitted directly into a socket outlet and lets you programme on and off times in 15-minute increments.
Technical features
Mechanical operation
An analogue timer with a clock dial and mechanical pins. It requires no battery power — the clock mechanism is driven synchronously from the 230V mains supply. Programme settings are retained after a power interruption thanks to the mechanical pin system.
16A load rating
A maximum load of 16A (3680W at 230V) allows you to control high-draw appliances — electric heaters, immersion heaters, circulation pumps, halogen lighting. The relay contacts are designed for both resistive and inductive loads.
Programming increments
The minimum programming increment is 15 minutes, which corresponds to the segments on the clock dial. The timer allows up to 48 on/off intervals over a 24-hour period. The synchronous mechanism keeps time accurately in step with the mains frequency.
Safety features
The output socket is fitted with a PE (earth) contact. An LED indicator shows the current relay status — it lights up while the output circuit is active. The housing meets the shock-protection requirements for Class I equipment.

Operation and setup
Programming the device
The clock dial is divided into 96 segments corresponding to 15-minute intervals. Programming consists of pressing in the segments that correspond to the appliance's on times — pressed-in segments mean ON, unpressed segments mean OFF. Before programming, set the current time by turning the dial clockwise.
Socket compatibility
The timer is fitted with a type E plug (French standard, used in Poland) with an earth pin. The output socket is also type E — compatible with most plugs, including type C (Euro) and type E. The dimensions of the device may block the second socket of a double socket outlet.
Power limitations
The maximum load of 3680W applies to resistive loads (heaters, filament bulbs). For appliances with electric motors (pumps, compressors), the inrush current must be taken into account — it can be 3-5 times the rated current. For such loads, a 50% power margin is recommended.
