An angled spatula with a blade width of 72 mm, made from hardened stainless steel with a wooden handle. A tool designed for frying, turning and cutting food directly in the pan.
A hardness of 52-55 HRC provides resistance to deformation while maintaining flexibility. Hardening increases mechanical strength and wear resistance, which extends the service life of the tool under intensive use.
The edge of the spatula has been sharpened, which allows ingredients to be cut and chopped directly during frying. A useful function when dividing meat, vegetables or pancakes without having to reach for additional tools.
The wooden handle is joined to the blade with rivets. The riveted joint ensures a durable fixing and resistance to working loose. Wood does not heat up during use and provides a comfortable grip.
The angled position of the blade relative to the handle makes it easier to reach the surface of the pan and to slide under food being fried. The design prevents the hand from coming into contact with the hot surface during use.

Before first use, wash the spatula in warm water with detergent and dry it. After each use, hand washing and thorough drying are recommended, particularly around the riveted joint. Dishwasher washing is not recommended because of the wooden handle. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, but prolonged contact with moisture may affect the condition of the wood. Storing the tool in a dry place extends its service life.
HRC (Hardness Rockwell Cone) is the scale used for the hardness of metals. A value of 52-55 HRC indicates medium-high hardness, typical of kitchen tools that need resistance to deformation while retaining flexibility. Too high a hardness (above 60 HRC) could lead to brittleness; too low (below 50 HRC) to rapid wear and deformation.
