Automatic Pump Controller PC-59N — GEKO G81510
An electronic pressure controller designed to automate the operation of water pumps in domestic, garden and pressurised water systems. The unit automatically starts and stops the pump on the basis of the set pressure values, while the built-in dry-run protection safeguards the pump motor if the water source runs dry.

Automatic pressure control
The controller monitors the pressure in the system and automatically starts the pump when the pressure drops below the set start threshold, then stops it once the stop pressure is reached. This removes the need for manual supervision and prevents the motor from running continuously, which has a direct effect on pump service life and energy consumption.
Dry-run protection
The system detects the absence of flow in the system and immediately stops the pump. This function is essential when the water is drawn from a well or a tank — running the pump without water leads to rapid overheating and motor damage. Once the water source has been refilled, the unit must be restarted manually.
Two operating modes
Green mode provides full adjustment — separate settings for the start pressure (1–6 bar) and the stop pressure (2–10 bar) — which works well in larger booster systems. Red mode simplifies configuration to a single start pressure parameter — suitable for simple irrigation systems.
IP65 protection rating and LED diagnostics
The IP65-rated housing is fully dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, which allows installation in inspection chambers, outdoors under cover or on construction sites. The LED indicators (MODE and STATUS) allow the current status of the unit to be checked without dismantling it.

Maximum installation heights vs. start pressure

Compatibility and controller selection
The PC-59N controller works with single-phase 230 V pumps with an output of up to 1.1 kW (max. current 10 A). Before installation, check that the current draw of the pump does not exceed this value — this information is given on the pump's rating plate or in its technical documentation. The G1" water connection (external thread) is standard on most domestic and garden pumps; however, if the pump has a different thread, a suitable adapter must be used.
Operation and maintenance
The controller requires no regular servicing. After each season or a longer period out of use, it is advisable to check that the water connections are leak-tight and to check the LED indicators when the unit is started up again. If the dry-run protection has tripped (flashing STATUS indicator), make sure that the water source has been refilled, then reset the unit manually as described in the manufacturer's instructions.
The ambient temperature during operation must be within the range of 5–40°C. Do not install the controller in locations exposed to direct frost — water left in the measuring chamber may freeze and damage the pressure sensor.
