Electric backpack sprayer with a 12V 8Ah battery, designed for crop protection and the application of chemicals over areas of up to several hectares. The 16-litre polyethylene tank is fitted with a dual filtration system.
Key features
35W electric drive
A 35W motor running at 2800-3200 rpm maintains a constant working pressure with no manual pumping required. This eliminates operator fatigue during treatments lasting several hours.
Dual filtration system
A pre-filter at the filler opening stops coarse contaminants before they enter the tank. The internal filter protects the pump and nozzles from becoming blocked by fine particles, extending the service life of the device.
Adjustable working pressure
The 0.10-0.45 MPa (1-4.5 bar) range lets you match the spray intensity to the type of treatment — lower pressure for delicate plants, higher for herbicides and surface disinfection.
Telescopic lance 460-830mm
The extending lance allows low-growing vegetation to be sprayed without bending down, and lets you reach the canopies of fruit trees up to around 3 metres above the ground.

Output and operating time
The output of the sprayer depends on the nozzle selected. A single nozzle runs at 1.5-1.6 l/min, which with a full 16L tank gives around 10 minutes of continuous operation. A dual nozzle increases the output to 1.8-3.0 l/min, cutting the time taken to empty the tank to 5-9 minutes, but allowing a larger area to be covered more quickly.
The 12V 8Ah battery typically provides 2-4 hours of operation, depending on how intensively the sprayer is used and on the working pressure. With typical crop protection treatments interrupted by refilling the tank, one charge is enough to spray an area of 0.5-1 ha.
Charge indicator
The voltmeter built into the housing shows the current battery charge level, so you can plan a charging break before the battery runs completely flat. The 12V charger supplied lets you top up the battery from a 230V mains socket.
Use and maintenance
Before starting work, fill the tank with the prepared solution, making sure the filler filter is correctly seated. The trigger lock allows continuous operation without having to hold the lever down throughout spraying.
After finishing the treatment, rinse the entire system with clean water — this prevents chemicals from crystallising in the nozzles and pump. The filters should be checked and cleaned regularly, particularly after applying suspensions or products containing wetting agents.
The polyethylene tank is resistant to most of the plant protection products in use, but the device should not be stored with chemical residues inside. The battery should be stored charged at room temperature.
Choosing spray nozzles
The set includes 4 nozzles with different spray angles. A narrow jet is used for precise application to individual plants, a wide cone for covering larger leaf areas, and a flat fan for herbicides on the ground.
