A fine-grade abrasive wheel designed for precision grinding and surface finishing on bench grinders. Its 200x20x40mm dimensions make it compatible with standard workshop machines.
A 200 mm diameter, 20 mm width and 40 mm mounting bore are standard dimensions that fit most bench grinders found in workshops. Before buying, check the grinder's spindle diameter and the maximum permitted wheel diameter in the machine's instruction manual.
The wheel's fine-grit structure allows precise surface finishing and removal of minor unevenness. It is used in the final stages of work, after initial grinding with a coarser-grit wheel. It produces a smooth, matt finish without deep scratches.
The wheel is suitable for grinding carbon steel, tool steel and non-ferrous metal alloys. It is used for sharpening cutting tools, removing rust, levelling welds and preparing surfaces for painting or other protective coatings.
A manufacturer of tools and workshop equipment that has been on the market since 1989. It offers a wide range of mechanical machining accessories, including grinding wheels for various industrial and workshop applications.

Before fitting the wheel, verify the grinder's spindle diameter (it must be 40 mm or allow the use of reducing rings), the maximum permitted wheel diameter (it should be equal to or greater than 200 mm) and the width of the guard, which must accommodate a 20 mm wide wheel. This information can be found in the machine's instruction manual or on its rating plate.
Before each use, visually inspect the wheel for cracks, chips or other damage. For safety reasons, a damaged wheel must not be fitted to a grinder. Suitable personal protective equipment must be worn while working: safety glasses, gloves and work clothing.
A grinding wheel wears during use – its diameter gradually decreases. Once the diameter has decreased to the point where grinding becomes ineffective or unsafe, the wheel must be replaced with a new one. Do not apply excessive pressure to the workpiece, as this can overheat the material and cause premature wear or cracking of the wheel.
During grinding, the face of the wheel may become clogged with particles of material, which reduces its effectiveness. In this case, use a suitable tool for cleaning and dressing grinding wheels (a wheel dresser), which restores the sharpness of the abrasive grit.
