Abrasive wheel with G36 grit designed for double-ended bench grinders. The 200 mm diameter makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in mechanical and metalworking workshops.
Grade 36 denotes a coarse abrasive structure intended for rapid material removal. Used for chamfering edges, removing rust and initial grinding before finishing operations.
A 200 mm diameter is the standard size for 400-600W bench grinders. The 20 mm width provides stability during operation and an adequate contact area with the workpiece.
A 16 mm (5/8") bore diameter matches the standard on most bench grinders available on the market. Before purchase, check the spindle diameter of your machine.
An abrasive structure suited to working ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Suitable for grinding structural and tool steel and aluminium alloys at the appropriate rotational speed.

Before fitting, check: the grinder spindle diameter (must be 16 mm), the maximum permitted wheel diameter (min. 200 mm) and the maximum wheel speed specified by the manufacturer. Mismatched parameters may result in damage to the machine or a safety hazard.
When fitting, use suitable spacer washers and tighten the securing nut in the direction of spindle rotation. Before starting the grinder, the wheel should be checked for cracks and chips.
During operation, personal protective equipment is recommended: safety glasses, gloves and a dust mask. The wheel should run at the recommended rotational speed, without excessive pressure on the workpiece.
A worn wheel must be replaced when its diameter falls below the safe minimum specified by the grinder manufacturer, or when cracks and unevenness appear on the abrasive surface.
