A twin-wheel bench grinder with a 1-metre flexible shaft. The unit combines the functions of a stationary grinder with the option of precision work, thanks to the flexible shaft, which terminates in a 1/8" chuck.
Key features
Two grinding stations
Two wheels, 75 mm in diameter and 20 mm wide, allow two different abrasive wheels to be fitted at the same time — for example a grinding wheel and a polishing wheel. The 10 mm bore makes the machine compatible with standard wheels available on the market.
Flexible shaft with 1/8" chuck
The 1-metre flexible shaft ends in a 1/8" chuck (approx. 3.2 mm) for fitting small abrasive and polishing bits and rotary burrs. It allows work in hard-to-reach places while maintaining full control.
Variable speed, 0-9000 rpm
Stepless speed control lets you match the speed to the material and the operation being carried out. Lower speeds suit polishing and work on plastic, while higher speeds suit grinding metal.
Stable base with suction feet
The 150 x 115 mm base is fitted with anti-slip rubber suction feet for stability during work. The polyamide motor housing is resistant to mechanical damage and high temperatures.

Use and maintenance
Fitting abrasive wheels
Before fitting the wheels, make sure the bore diameter is 10 mm. Tighten the wheels in the direction of rotation (usually marked with an arrow on the wheel). Check the balance before starting up — a wheel that is fitted incorrectly can cause vibration.
Working with the flexible shaft
The 1/8" chuck requires bits with a matching shank or reducing collets. Do not bend the shaft at a sharp angle while working — this can shorten its service life. After use, clean dust from the chuck and apply a drop of machine oil.
Speed control
Start at a lower speed and increase it gradually. For polishing and work on soft metal, use 3000-5000 rpm; for grinding steel, use 7000-9000 rpm. Speeds that are too high can overheat the material being worked.
Operating safety
The machine has protection class II (double insulated), which means that no earth connection is required. Always wear safety glasses when working. Check the condition of the wheels before every use — a cracked wheel can be dangerous. Do not overload the machine — 200W is sufficient for light and medium-duty work.
