A metal security cash box in book form, designed for discreet storage of cash, documents and small valuables. The body is made from 0.7 mm steel sheet with a key lock.
Features of the VOREL book-style cash box
0.7 mm steel sheet construction
The body is made from 0.7 mm sheet steel, providing basic mechanical protection against accidental damage. The steel construction is finished with black powder coating, which protects against corrosion when used in dry rooms.
Book-style disguise
A rigid cardboard cover imitates the appearance of a book, allowing the cash box to be placed discreetly on a shelf or in a cupboard. This solution works well wherever the contents need to be hidden from casual access.
Cylinder lock with two keys
The mechanical lock protects the contents against unauthorised opening. Two keys are supplied, allowing a spare to be kept in a different location or access to be shared with another person.
Compact dimensions 180×115×55 mm
The size matches a standard paperback, making it easy to store on a shelf among other books. The internal space holds unfolded banknotes, coins, A6 documents and small items of jewellery.

Security limitations
The cash box provides basic protection against casual access and is not a substitute for a professional safe. 0.7 mm steel sheet does not protect against deliberate break-in with tools. It should be kept in a concealed location as an additional layer of security.
Use and maintenance
Before first use, check that the lock works with both keys. Keep the spare key in a separate location so that access is still possible if the main key is lost.
The cash box is intended for indoor use in dry rooms. Moisture can cause the steel body to corrode and damage the cardboard cover. It should not be stored in a cellar, garage or any other location with high humidity.
The lock mechanism does not require lubrication. If it becomes difficult to open, use an aerosol graphite lubricant sparingly. Do not use oils, which can attract dust and dirt.
Maximum capacity
The internal space holds approximately 50–70 unfolded banknotes, up to 200 coins or the equivalent in small items. Do not overfill the cash box, as this will make it difficult to close the lid and for the lock to work correctly.
