Brass GEKA-compatible claw coupling with 3/4" hose tail G70132
Brass claw coupling with a 3/4" hose tail for fast, leak-tight connection of water and industrial hoses. Compatible with the GEKA standard with 40 mm claw spacing.
Technical characteristics
Brass construction
Manufactured entirely from brass, which provides resistance to corrosion and oxidation and extends the coupling's service life in contact with water and industrial chemicals. Brass also offers good mechanical resistance to impact and pressure.
GEKA compatibility
The 40 mm claw spacing matches the GEKA standard, allowing connection to most claw couplings available on the market. The claw system can be connected and disconnected without tools – simply swing the claws back.
Oil-resistant NBR seal
The replaceable nitrile rubber seal (NBR 200) is resistant to mineral oils and many solvents. The seal ensures a leak-tight connection at working pressures of up to 10 bar and can be replaced once worn.
Operating temperature range
The coupling operates between -10°C and 90°C, making it suitable for both outdoor use (gardening, construction) and industrial installations with heated water or process solutions.

How to choose a claw coupling
Compatibility check
Make sure the hose or coupling on the other side has claws with 40 mm spacing (GEKA standard). The 3/4" hose tail (19 mm outer diameter) fits hoses with a nominal bore of 3/4 inch – check the hose diameter before fitting. Push the hose tail into the hose and secure it with hose clips of a suitable width.
Maintenance and seal replacement
The NBR seal should be inspected regularly for damage and wear. If it leaks, replace it with a new one of the same specification. Before winter, disconnect the coupling and store it in a frost-protected room to prevent cracking if residual water freezes.
