TCT circular saw blade designed for cutting solid wood, chipboard and joinery materials. The 180 mm diameter allows fitting to common circular saws and mitre saws.
A universal size compatible with most 1200-1600W handheld circular saws and mitre saws. Maximum cutting depth depends on the saw's design, typically 50-65 mm when cutting at a right angle.
The centre bore is sized for saw arbors with an M14 thread. Before fitting, check the arbor diameter in the tool's documentation. Reducing rings are available for other diameters.
The low tooth count delivers fast cutting of solid wood, constructional timber and materials up to 60 mm thick. Tungsten carbide tips stay sharp longer than HSS steel, reducing how often the blade needs replacing.
The tooth geometry allows rip and cross cutting of softwood and hardwood, chipboard, OSB and plywood. It is not intended for cutting metal, plastics or abrasive materials.

Before purchase, check the saw's manual for: arbor diameter (blade bore), maximum blade diameter and arbor thread type. A 180 mm blade requires a saw with a minimum power of 1200W. Fitting a blade with the wrong specification can be dangerous.
Check the condition of the teeth before every use – cracks or chipped carbide mean the blade must be replaced. The blade must be tightened firmly with the spanner specified for the saw model. Maintain a steady feed rate while cutting, avoiding overloading the motor.
After use, clean resin and sawdust from the blade with a brush or compressed air. TCT blades can be professionally sharpened at service centres – resharpening extends the tool's service life. Store in a dry place, protected from impact.
The blade's maximum speed is determined by the saw manufacturer. Exceeding the permissible rpm can cause the blade to shatter. Always use guards, safety glasses and hearing protection while cutting. Do not overload the blade – overheating reduces the durability of the carbide.
