Technical characteristics
Non-carbide tool steel
The body is made from high-grade tool steel. Teeth without brazed carbide tips can be sharpened and set repeatedly to suit the user's individual requirements.
30 teeth — versatile cutting
With 30T, the blade strikes a balance between cutting speed and quality of finish. It performs well in both rip and cross cutting of timber of varying hardness.
Requires preparation
The blade is supplied unset and unsharpened. Before first use it must be professionally sharpened and set at a specialist service centre.
32 mm bore
A 32 mm bore is standard on stationary machines. Before purchase, check the spindle diameter of your saw bench or panel saw — reducing rings may be required.
Important before use
The blade requires preparatory work: sharpening and setting of the teeth. Tooth set is the sideways offset of the teeth, which prevents the blade from jamming in the material. This work should be entrusted to a saw sharpening service or carried out using suitable equipment.

Use and maintenance
Before first use, the blade must be sharpened and set at a specialist service centre. Tooth set prevents the blade from jamming in the material and the body from overheating.
Checking compatibility with the machine: verify the spindle diameter of the saw. If the spindle is smaller than 32 mm, reducing rings are required. The blade must not be fitted to a spindle of a larger diameter.
Non-carbide steel blades need sharpening more often than blades with carbide tips, but they can be reconditioned repeatedly and their tooth geometry adapted to specific tasks. After intensive use, the condition of the teeth and body should be checked.
