Straight combination pliers made from tool steel, 160 mm long, with cutting and gripping functions. Designed for assembly, electrical and mechanical work where precise cable cutting and holding of components are required.
Gripping jaws and a cutting edge combined in a single tool. The serrated jaws provide a secure grip on components of various shapes, while the cutting edge allows cable and wire to be cut without reaching for additional tools.
A size that balances leverage against precision. The 160 mm length allows comfortable one-handed use while retaining sufficient clamping force to cut wire up to 2-2.5 mm in diameter and to hold mechanical components.
A hardened cutting edge positioned at the rear of the jaws cuts electrical cable and both soft and hard wire. The cutting angle delivers a clean cut without crushing the material, which matters when working with copper and aluminium cable.
The designation indicates the use of higher-strength materials and a precisely manufactured pivot mechanism. This translates into a longer tool life under intensive use and less play in the joint after a period in service.

160 mm combination pliers are intended for cutting wire up to 2-2.5 mm in diameter. Attempting to cut thicker material may damage the cutting edge or deform the jaws. For wire over 3 mm, use pincers or pliers offering greater leverage.
After use, clean the pliers of dirt and protect the joint with a drop of machine oil. This prevents corrosion and keeps the mechanism operating smoothly. Storing the tool in a dry place extends its service life. Periodically checking for play in the joint makes it possible to detect wear before precision is lost.
