15° offset combination spanner made from chrome vanadium steel, designed for work on 25 mm nuts and bolts in workshop and service conditions.
The 15° offset of the ring end relative to the spanner axis allows work in confined spaces where a standard spanner does not have sufficient swing. Each 180° turn of the spanner produces 30° of movement, allowing nuts to be tightened in areas with limited access.
The chrome vanadium alloy provides increased mechanical strength and wear resistance. The addition of vanadium raises the hardness of the material, which translates into a longer tool life under intensive workshop use.
Combining an open end and a ring end in a single tool allows quick switching between fastener types without changing spanners. The open end is used for initial loosening, while the ring end is used for precise tightening with torque control.
A 12-point ring end distributes pressure more evenly across the edges of the nut and allows work with a smaller rotation increment. This design reduces the risk of damaging the corners of fasteners during tightening.

The 25 mm size refers to the size of the nut or bolt measured across the flats. Before purchase, measure the fastener with a vernier calliper or compare it with a spanner you already own. A 25 mm spanner corresponds to metric threads of M16 and above, depending on the strength class of the joint.
A combination spanner requires minimal maintenance as long as basic rules of use are observed. Extension bars that increase leverage should be avoided, as they can permanently distort the tool. After working in damp conditions or after contact with corrosive substances, wipe the spanner and protect it with a thin layer of oil.
The 15° offset on the ring end is designed for work in confined spaces. With each 180° turn of the spanner, the nut moves by 30°, allowing gradual tightening even when a full turn is not possible. The open end is used for quick loosening or initial tightening, while the ring end provides better control of the tightening torque.
Combination spanners should be stored in a dry place, ideally on wall-mounted organisers or in workshop drawers sorted by size. Avoiding contact with moisture and aggressive chemicals extends the life of the chrome plating and prevents corrosion.
