An electric concrete poker vibrator with 2,350 W of power, designed for construction work on floor slabs, floors and foundation elements. Mechanical vibration removes air pockets trapped in the concrete mix, which directly translates into the uniformity of the structure and the strength of the finished element.
The high motor power enables effective compaction of dense concrete mixes, including mixes with a low water-cement ratio, used for structural elements requiring increased strength.
The high vibration frequency results in effective removal of air from the concrete in a short time. The higher the vibration speed, the smaller the air pockets removed from the mix, which reduces the porosity of the finished element.
A double-insulated device does not require earthing — protection against electric shock is provided by two independent layers of insulation. Class II is the standard required for hand tools used on construction sites.
The device is powered from a standard 230–250 V mains supply. No need for generators where a site power connection is available. The 50 Hz frequency complies with the European standard.

The vibrator inserts the poker (vibrating head) into the concrete mix, generating mechanical vibration. Under the effect of the vibration, the aggregate and cement particles settle more densely, and air pockets move towards the surface and escape. The result is a more uniform and compact concrete structure with higher compressive strength and lower water absorption. The poker should be inserted into the concrete every 30–50 cm, holding it for 5–15 seconds at each point.
