A professional continuous rim diamond blade designed for the precise cutting of hard stone materials. The 7.5 mm diamond rim delivers a long service life when working with porcelain stoneware, marble, ceramic roof tiles and quartz materials.
The absence of segment slots delivers a smooth, precise cut with no chipping at the edges. The continuous rim minimises vibration and reduces noise during use. It is particularly useful for cutting materials that are sensitive to mechanical damage.
A diamond rim height of 7.5 mm at a thickness of 1.6 mm is the parameter that determines the amount of abrasive material. A thicker diamond layer means a longer blade life and the ability to cut repeatedly through hard materials before it wears out.
The thin body construction reduces cutting resistance and energy consumption. A narrower kerf means less material is wasted when cutting expensive ceramic or stone tiles. It requires the tool to be guided steadily.
A 22.23 mm bore is the standard for angle grinders that take 125 mm blades. The maximum speed of 12,500 rpm matches the typical specification of grinders in this class. Check the tool's specification before fitting.

A continuous rim works well on stone materials that demand precision. For concrete, reinforced concrete and brick, segmented rims (T00803, T00810, T00812) or turbo rims (T00802, T00813, T00814) are recommended, as they provide better dust clearance and cooling.
Before starting work, check that the grinder's speed does not exceed 12,500 rpm. The blade requires water cooling when cutting hard materials intensively – this prevents the diamond rim from overheating and extends its service life.
Maintain steady, moderate pressure while cutting – too much pressure can lead to overheating and damage to the cutting edge. A continuous rim generates more heat than a segmented one, so breaks are recommended after every 2–3 minutes of continuous work.
A worn blade shows itself through longer cutting times, chipping along the edges of the material and a rise in temperature. Do not use the blade once the diamond rim is completely worn away – the exposed metal body does not cut effectively and can be dangerous.
