The KD1466 is a 15-metre rubber air hose intended for professional use in vehicle workshops, service centres and industrial plants. The factory-crimped ends with pre-fitted quick-release couplings do away with the need for additional assembly and ensure a leak-tight connection from first use.
The hose material stays flexible and leak-tight in contact with oils, greases and workshop chemicals. UV and ozone resistance prevents the cover from cracking and hardening during prolonged use outdoors or near sources of radiation.
Crimping permanently compresses a metal ferrule onto the hose and coupling under high pressure. It removes the risk of leaks under load — the joint is as strong as the hose wall itself. The product is ready to use, with no need to fit the couplings yourself.
20 bar matches the typical working parameters of compact and stationary workshop compressors. The hose meets the requirements of both impact tools and spray guns or blow guns, which usually operate at 6–10 bar.
The low minimum temperature means the hose stays flexible and leak-tight in unheated halls, garages and when working outdoors in winter. The rubber does not become brittle or stiff in freezing conditions, which matters for safety and ease of handling.

The 10 mm bore provides adequate airflow for most air tools used in vehicle workshops and light industry. The 15-metre length lets you work freely without having to move the compressor.
The hose is fitted with standard quick-release air couplings. Before buying, it is worth checking the coupling type used on your compressor and tools — in Poland the most common are Euro-type (NW 7.2) and type B (NW 7.4) couplings. If they do not match, adaptors are available for connecting different standards.
After each working session, coil the hose in loose loops at least 30–40 cm in diameter, which prevents permanent kinks and cracking of the material. Store the hose away from heat sources and aggressive chemicals that are not listed in the material resistance specification. Before each use, check the crimped ends and the hose surface for visible mechanical damage.
The pressure in the system should be reduced to zero before disconnecting the hose — this avoids the coupling being thrown back suddenly and extends the service life of the quick-release couplings.
