A polypropylene template mould for creating your own decorative concrete surfaces with a natural stone or slab effect. Designed for repeated use when building garden paths, patios and other outdoor surfaces.
Polypropylene offers high resistance to abrasion and moisture. The mould retains its structural rigidity when filled with concrete and does not distort with repeated use, which ensures a consistent pattern.
The working area of the mould matches standard block paving modules. One impression covers 0.16 m², which makes it easy to plan the work and estimate concrete usage – around 6–7 impressions per 1 m².
The thickness of the finished paving is sufficient for lightly loaded garden applications. For surfaces subject to heavy foot traffic or the passage of wheelbarrows, additional reinforcement of the sub-base with a layer of aggregate is recommended.
The texture of the mould reproduces irregular arrangements of stone slabs or coursed setts. Once the mould is removed, the concrete surface retains clear joint lines, creating the effect of naturally laid elements.

Before first use, clean the mould of any manufacturing residue. It is advisable to coat the inner surface with a thin layer of oil or release agent – this makes it easier to remove the set concrete later and extends the life of the mould.
Place the mould on a level, compacted base. Pour the concrete evenly, avoiding voids in the corners of the pattern. Once the concrete has initially set (usually 24–48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity), the mould can be carefully lifted off and moved to the next position.
When the work is finished, clean the mould with water, removing any remaining concrete. Do not use sharp metal tools, as these can scratch the surface and reduce the quality of subsequent impressions. The mould should be stored in a place protected from direct sunlight and frost.
With correct use, a polypropylene mould will withstand several dozen cycles. Careful handling of the material is essential – avoid bending, striking or overloading the mould with excessively dense concrete. Regular cleaning and the use of release agents extend its service life.
