Diamond blade designed for cutting ceramic tiles, porcelain, terracotta and natural stone. The diamond segment ensures durability and cutting precision in bench-mounted and hand-held tile cutters.
The cutting edge is coated with synthetic diamonds in a metal matrix. The continuous segment design produces a smooth cut with no chipping of the ceramic material edges, which matters for visible finished surfaces.
This parameter determines the maximum cutting depth. A 300 mm blade allows tiles and stone to be cut to a thickness of approximately 100 mm, depending on the design of the tile cutter. It performs well in construction and finishing work.
The bore diameter matches the standard used in tile cutters and table saws. Before buying, check the spindle diameter of your machine – 25.4 mm is 1 inch.
An even distribution of the diamond grit in the segment extends the working life of the blade and reduces cutting resistance. This translates into lower energy consumption and less load on the tile cutter motor during intensive work.

The blade works with tile cutters, table saws and angle grinders fitted with an adapter for a 300 mm blade. Before fitting, check the maximum permitted blade diameter in the machine's manual and make sure the spindle diameter is 25.4 mm. A different diameter requires reducing rings.
Water cooling is recommended during operation – it lowers the cutting temperature, extends the life of the diamond segment and reduces dust. When dry cutting, pause every few dozen seconds so that the blade can cool down.
Even segment wear is achieved by avoiding one-sided loading of the blade and cutting at an angle. The blade must be fitted in the direction of rotation marked by the arrow. The rotational speed should match the tile cutter manufacturer's recommendations – typically 4000-6000 rpm for 300 mm blades.
Once the work is finished, clean the blade of material residue and deposits, especially after wet cutting. Storing it in a dry place prevents corrosion of the steel body.
