A diamond disc with a grooved continuous rim, designed for cutting, chamfering and grinding hard ceramic and stone materials with an angle grinder. The M14 mount ensures compatibility with standard 125 mm angle grinders available on the market.
A continuous, grooved diamond segment surrounds the disc without gaps, which ensures consistent cutting and a smooth finish on the material edge. The absence of slots in the rim limits chipping along the cut edge — important when working with porcelain stoneware and porcelain.
The relatively thin disc reduces the width of the cut (kerf), which limits material waste and reduces the load on the grinder motor. A thinner disc does, however, require precise tool guidance to avoid lateral stress.
The M14 thread is the standard used on 125 mm angle grinders. Before fitting, make sure the grinder has an M14 threaded spindle or a suitable reducing bush. The 22.23 mm bore complies with EN 13236.
The disc is designed for dry use only. Using water or other coolants may damage the diamond segment or detach the rim. During dry use, work breaks are recommended to prevent the disc from overheating.

The disc is intended for dry use only — do not use with water cooling. Using an angle grinder with variable speed control is recommended, as this allows the speed to be matched to the material being worked and reduces the risk of overheating. Harder materials (granite, porcelain stoneware) require lower speeds and a slower feed rate. Check the condition of the disc before each use — cracks, deformation or a loose segment mean the disc must be taken out of service. Wear personal protective equipment at all times: safety goggles, gloves and a dust mask.
The disc fits 125 mm angle grinders with an M14 spindle. Before buying, check the spindle thread in the grinder's instruction manual. Most 125 mm angle grinders available on the European market have an M14 thread as standard. A reducing bush is required for other threads.
