Segmented diamond cup wheel with a double row of diamond segments, designed for working concrete, stone and ceramic materials. The two-row segment design delivers increased grinding performance compared with standard single-row wheels.
Technical features
Double row of segments
Two rows of diamond segments increase the working surface of the wheel, which means faster material removal and shorter processing times. This design is particularly effective when levelling larger areas.
Versatile application
Suitable for both dry and wet use. Wet grinding provides better cooling and reduces dust, while dry grinding allows fast work without the need to connect a water supply.
Cooling holes
A system of holes in the wheel body dissipates the heat generated during grinding, which extends the service life of the diamond segments and prevents overheating of both the tool and the workpiece.
Compatibility
The 22.2 mm mounting bore is the standard size used on 125 mm angle grinders. Before fitting, check that the grinder has an M14 spindle thread and a suitable guard.

Matching the wheel to material hardness
This wheel is designed for materials of medium and high hardness. For green concrete or soft materials, wheels with a different diamond grit are recommended to prevent the segments from clogging.
Use and maintenance
Before starting work, make sure the wheel is correctly fitted and tightened. When dry grinding, it is advisable to pause every few minutes to let the wheel cool. Wet grinding requires a continuous supply of water to the grinding zone.
The diamond segments wear down gradually – a height of 5 mm ensures a long service life. After use, clean the wheel of dust and material residue. Store in a dry place, protected from mechanical damage.
Safety at work
During grinding, use personal protective equipment: safety glasses, a dust mask (when dry grinding), gloves and ear defenders. The grinder must be fitted with a guard.
