The TURBO diamond disc is designed for grinding building materials: concrete, stone, ceramics and block paving. The TURBO segment provides a continuous working edge with heat-dissipating grooves, which ensures stable performance under higher loads. The disc is compatible with dust extraction systems.
The continuous diamond segment with spiral grooves allows dust and heat to be carried away during use. Compared with segmented discs, it delivers a smoother finish after grinding and reduces tool vibration.
The holes in the disc body increase airflow around the working edge. More efficient cooling reduces the risk of the diamond segments overheating, which extends the service life of the disc.
The rigid 4 mm body minimises disc runout during rotation. This results in even contact between the segment and the workpiece surface and a predictable grinding result.
The disc is designed to work with dust extraction systems connected to the grinder. This allows indoor work with limited environmental dust.
A disc with a diameter of 180 mm and a 22.2 mm bore fits angle grinders with an M14 spindle equipped with a reducing flange, or tools with a 22.2 mm bore directly. Before fitting, make sure that the maximum speed of the tool does not exceed the 9600 rpm stated on the disc. Using the disc on a tool with a higher speed may damage it and poses a safety risk.

Before first use, check that the disc shows no visible mechanical damage — cracks in the body or chipped segments. The disc should be fitted in accordance with the direction of rotation indicated on the body. Avoid applying sideways pressure to the disc — work should be carried out with the working face of the segment, not the side of the disc.
After use, clean the disc of any residue from the ground material. Storing it in a dry place, protected from moisture and impact, prevents corrosion of the body and damage to the diamond segments.
