Diesel and Kerosene Fuel Dispenser 375W KD1164
The KD1164 is an electric fuel dispenser designed for transferring diesel and kerosene, powered by a 230V mains supply. It is supplied as a complete, ready-to-connect kit — with dispensing nozzle, hoses and flow meter. The cast iron pump head and the IP54 rating provide resistance to conditions typical of workshop and industrial environments.
Product features
Cast iron head with copper windings
The cast iron pump body is resistant to abrasion and mechanical deformation, which matters during prolonged operation with petroleum-based fuels. The internal copper windings are resistant to chemical corrosion.
Built-in flow meter
The integrated FM-120-2 flow meter provides a reading of the current volume dispensed as well as the cumulative total. Useful for accounting for fuel consumption in vehicle fleets or for maintaining stock records.
IP54 rating
The IP54 rating means protection against dust (partial) and against water spray from any direction. The unit can operate in typical workshop and garage conditions and outdoors under cover.
Emergency stop switch and manual nozzle
The emergency stop switch allows the pump's power supply to be cut immediately without having to reach for the socket. The manual dispensing nozzle allows precise fuel dosing and reduces the risk of spills.

Note on the flow meter
The supplied FM-120-2 flow meter has a nominal capacity of 120 L/min, which provides a considerable margin over the pump's output (40 L/min). This choice of components eliminates the risk of overloading the meter and ensures a more accurate reading at lower flow rates.

Use and maintenance
Before first use, make sure that all hose connections are leak-tight and that the unit is placed on a stable, level surface. The pump is not designed to work with petrol, fuel alcohols or any other media not listed in the specification — using unsuitable liquids may damage the seals and the head.
After finishing work, it is recommended to flush the hoses and the dispensing nozzle with fuel to remove deposits. The cast iron head should be protected from prolonged contact with water and atmospheric moisture — despite the IP54 rating, the unit is not intended for permanent exposure to rain. The condition of the hoses should be checked regularly for cracks and the tightness of the connections.
