Diesel generator KD692 — 41.4/44 kW, three-phase, silent
The KD692 is a three-phase generator powered by a Heavy Duty diesel engine, designed for standby and continuous supply to industrial, construction and public utility sites. The enclosed sound-attenuated canopy and automatic control module allow it to run without a permanent operator on site.
Technical features
Heavy Duty compression-ignition engine
The four-stroke, industrial-grade diesel engine is more durable than petrol units — longer service intervals and lower fuel costs make for economical running over long duty cycles.
Pure sine wave output
The generator delivers a smooth sine wave output, which matters when powering equipment that is sensitive to voltage distortion — including inverters, PLC controllers, medical equipment and industrial electronics.
Super Quiet sound-attenuated canopy
The steel canopy, made from 12 or 14 mm plate and fitted with four hinged service doors, provides effective noise attenuation. It allows the unit to be installed close to working areas without the need to build a separate plant room.
Automatic control module (ATS)
The controller monitors the generator's operating parameters and maintains voltage and frequency stability. Its straightforward interface allows configuration and live monitoring of operating status without specialist training.
Dual-circuit cooling system
The engine can be air-cooled (high-output fan) or water-cooled (radiator, fan, push rod, thermostat). The alternator has its own independent internal fan. The water system holds 6.5 l, which maintains a stable temperature during prolonged operation.
Electric start and economy mode
The electric starting system removes the need for manual starting. The economy mode switch reduces engine speed under light load, cutting fuel consumption and exhaust emissions while extending engine life.

Sizing a generator — practical guidance
When choosing generator capacity, add up the power draw of all the equipment that will be supplied at the same time, then allow a margin of around 20–30% for electric motor starting (peak starting currents can be 3–7 times the rated power). The rated output of 41.4 kW is continuous power, while 44 kW is permitted for limited periods only — when planning an installation, work from the rated figure.
Operation and maintenance
The four hinged doors on the canopy provide access to the engine, alternator, cooling system and control module without the need to dismantle the enclosure. The water cooling system requires regular checks of the coolant level and condition — the 6.5 l capacity allows for quick top-ups. Engine oil and filters must be changed in line with the manufacturer's schedule set out in the operating manual.
The automatic control module logs operating parameters and signals fault conditions, which makes diagnosis and service planning easier. The generator is supplied with an operating manual in Polish, which simplifies commissioning and operator training.
